…Because everyone loves a sandpit!
We’ve designed a variety of sandpits in different schools and here is the most popular style. Complete with sliding covers, the structure doubles up as a stage (with optional canvas awning) whilst protecting the sand from use as a litter tray by the local feline community!

We currently have a sunken sandpit in our early years playground, however the lining keeps coming up and cats can get in (despite it being only 2 years old!)
